Tech / B.Sc (Engg – 4 years) in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication /Communication / Electrical & Electronics/ Computer Science / Information Technology /Information Science from AICTE/UGC approved recognized institute/University/College.

Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2024:

  • Upper age limit is 32 years as on 01.01.2024.
  • Relaxation:
    • OBC (NCL): 3 years
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • PwBD: 10 years (minimum 40% disability)

Salary for BEL Recruitment 2024:

  • Project Engineer-I:
    • 1st Year: Rs. 40,000/- per month
    • 2nd Year: Rs. 45,000/- per month
    • 3rd Year: Rs. 50,000/- per month
    • 4th Year: Rs. 55,000/- per month

Tenure for BEL Recruitment 2024:

Initially for Three (3) Years, extendable up to a maximum of One more year (4 years in total) based on project progress and performance.

Selection Procedure for BEL Recruitment 2024:

  • Written Test (85% weightage)
  • Interview (15% weightage)
  • Shortlisted candidates in the ratio of 1:5 for an interview based on written test performance.
