About NCRTC:

NCRTC, a partnership between the Indian government and Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and UP state governments, is responsible for implementing the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) in the National Capital Region (NCR). The RRTS aims to offer a dedicated, high-speed rail service connecting key regional nodes in NCR.

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), formed through a collaboration between the Government of India and the involved State Governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, is tasked with executing the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) within the National Capital Region (NCR). The objective of the RRTS is to establish a novel, specialized, high-speed rail commuter service that links key regional points in the NCR.

Eligibility Criteria (As on 09/01/2024):

  • Qualification: Graduate in Hospitality and Hotel Administration/ Hospitality Management/Hotel Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 07 years of post-qualification experience, including event management, stakeholder engagement, hospitality services, professional communication, strategic thinking, crisis management, collaboration, protocol, and etiquette.
  • Current Pay Scale: CDA - Rs. 44,900-142,400 (L-7) or above, OR 03 years of services in pay scale Rs. 29,200 - 92,300 (L-5) or above. IDA - Rs. 30,000-120,000 (E-0) or above, OR 03 years of services in non-executive grades in the pay scale Rs. 25,500–90,650 or above.

Emoluments:

  • Basic Pay, Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA), Perks, and Allowances under Cafeteria Approach.
  • Other Benefits and Allowances as per Company Rules.

Place of Posting:

  • The selected candidate may be posted at any office/workplace/Project units of NCRTC or any of its subsidiaries/Joint Ventures.
  • Assignments may include working in shift operations.

Health/Medical Fitness:

  • Candidates shall be exempted from undergoing pre-appointment medical checkup. However, they should be physically and medically fit.

Service Bond and Probation Period:

  • The selected candidate(s) shall have to execute a Service Bond of Rs. 2 lakhs plus GST and cost of training, if any, for a minimum period of two (02) years.
  • Probation period as per Corporation Policy.
